As Project Manager and Art Supervisor, Isabella oversaw the production, installation, and mechanical performance of Turning Water Into Mirror, Blood Into Sky at Palazzo Manfrin during the 2022 Venice Art Biennale.

Balancing creative vision with technical precision, she coordinated an international team of engineers and fabricators across Italy, the UK, and Germany to realize a complex hydraulic and reflective system. She managed communication between Kapoor’s studio, local contractors, and specialized aerospace manufacturers, ensuring flawless execution through evolving on-site demands.

This project refined her expertise in large-scale installation, high-stakes production management, and the union of art and engineering.
